This
has been 10 of the best days we have ever had... the villa was perfect
for all of us and the food is by far some of the best Thai food we've
eaten … our two families flew from all over the world to
be together and relax, and to celebrate our wedding !... my niece certainly
had never had so much fun on vacation. The staff here are truly fantastic.
Mr Jit and everyone else provided a service next to none. Thank you to
all of you for the wedding arrangements and for all your help organizing
our taxis, picking up my Mum (!!) and all the driving. We truly had a
wonderful time here.

The spectacular natural beauty of Phuket and kata beach combined with
a stay at your extraordinary villa has made our family vacation a memorable

Jit, Mr Bom and all the staff have raised the bar on the "ultimate" in
service … it will be difficult to go anywhere else in the world
without a comparison to the very best … there is really only
one problem about Baan Kata Keeree … How do we transition

We have just returned to the UK having spent a wonderful and relaxing
3 weeks in Thailand. The highlight was our stay at the villa. It
is beautiful and the setting magnificient but what made the experience
extra special was the staff who were always smiling and helpful. My
birthday party was fantastic with delicious food from Mr Sir and
fabulous cocktails form Mr Jit. The sight of the fireballoons drifting
off into the night sky is a memory that will remain with us all. Unfortunately
now it's back to real life but we will definitely return some day!

Just arrived back home to Australia. Let me just
say that the villa was so lovely; we did not want to leave. Your staff
was way above our expectations; they made our wedding day very special.
We will be back for sure, had we known it would have been as good as
it was we would have booked for our whole 3 week stay in Thailand. We
decided to stay at another villa as we did not book your villa long enough,
and there was no way it compared to your villa. If you ever decide to
sell let me know. We will be passing on our comments to all our friends
who intend on going to Thailand this year. Once I settle in I will send
you some pics of our wedding held at the villa. Your staff went way beyond
their call of duty to help this day. Not much more I can say except,
perfect combination of location and staff.

The Villa was amazing and way beyond our expectations!
I have traveled the world with my work and have been fortunate to stay
in some very special places, including the palace hotels of Northern India.
Even they do not come close to the complete package you offer at Villa
Phuket.
The villa location, standard and quality
of furnishings, the beautiful landscaping and fabulous views. The uniqueness
of staying in your own private 'home away from home' was very, very special.
Your Villa staff were absolutely
amazing and I believe you have found the perfect team to mind your business,
very professionally, during your absence! They were so extremely helpful
and gracious, their service could not be faulted and they assisted efficiently
with our every request. Your staff were truly the icing on the cake and
we will miss their attentive service and sincerity. Do your best to hold
onto them!
The food was absolutely superb!! Our final
bill also a very pleasant surprise for the quality of food provided. We
have been won over and although we all prefer the 3 hour flight to Fiji
we don't believe we can ever go there again, knowing what is on offer
at your villa.

our time at the villa. All staff, especially Mr. Ung & Bom were most
kind, discreet helpful & friendly. The cooking was exemplary, so good
we didn't go out at all to eat! The cleaning was efficient & unnoticed.
We will all remember our stay for a long time, & maybe visit again
one day....

I can not find words for how marvellous our vacation
in the Villa was. You must have selected your people who work there very
carefully. It was really worth waiting one year for the trip. We have
absolutely no complaints at all. I´m sure that we will come back

Our stay at Baan Kata Keeree was sensational and
an experience we shall remember always. I would recommend the villa to
anyone - the view overlooking beautiful Kata Beach is fantastic complimented
its closeness to shopping and restaurants. Mind you we did not eat out
at all as the staff service, excellent cuisine and terrace dining (for
all meals) over looking the bay was better than any "5 star"
restaurant I have ever seen. Your staff are extremely competent, ably
led by Ung and Git. They are so friendly, helpful and eager to please
- would you please pass on our thanks to them. The combination of local
knowledge and the desire to help meant that we only had to ask for something
and it would be organised - something which could be very tedious and
difficult if we had to do it ourselves. This was the case for our visit
to "FantaSea" and our day trip to Phi Phi (both "must do's").
For the Phi Phi trip the staff packed a couple of picnic hampers for us,
organised the boat and then Git accompanied us for the day to explain
all to us - what a day!
A special thanks also for the extra effort put in to
organise the flowers and a special banquet and all the trimmings for our
wedding - I hope Ung will forward some of the photos to you. On top of
all this the villa experience delivered value for money - you should make
the point more strongly in your website that all consumables are provided
at local prices and that all staff service is part of the overall villa
hire fee. Why would you want to stay at one of those indulgent swanky
up market places on the island when you can get it all - location, privacy,
great food, great staff and value for money? Thank
you once again - we shall return!

We just wanted to send you a note to say what a
throughly wonderful stay we had at your villa in Phuket. We arrived on
Nov 5th for a week, with our friends the Foleys (who made the booking).
I cannot tell you how much we all enjoyed our stay, and how fantastic
your staff all were. With both families having young children, I think
it is the first holiday we have all had which was totally relaxing. All
the staff were so incredibly helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble.
We definately plan on returning sooner rather than later, it was a wonderful
experience, and in such a perfect spot and we will certainly be recommending
it to our friend here in Singapore and are also trying to talk some friends
from NZ (where we are orginally from) to come up and meet us for a holiday.
Once again many many thanks for a wonderful stay and please pass on our
heart felt thanks to all your staff. As we live in Singapore we hope to
return very soon.

I wanted to write to you and let you know how much
we enjoyed staying at your Villa in Phuket on our recent trip. The Villa
was wonderful and your staff outstanding !!! We all can't wait to return
again some time next year. You are very fortunate to have a staff that
takes so much pride in their work and making your guests feel right at
home. Our Thai friends, who joined us, were also more than impressed with
everything, so I think you may hear from them as well in the near future.
Part of our US based group may be returning in February to Phuket and
I was wondering if you have any open dates available around that time
of year and, if so, what reasonable rate you would charge us. Please let
me know and again thank the staff for making us feel so welcome and spoiled.

You should be very proud of both your Villa and your staff. It has become
our new home base in Phuket! For years and years, since 1988 we have
always utilized hotels when visiting Phuket. Now it will be your Villa!

We have arrived and are having a fantastic time.
The villa and staff are fabulous, especially in comparison with our experience
last week in Koh Samui. And the weather is cooperating as well!
I have been to Phuket many times before, but never stayed in a villa.
I have had three different villa rental experiences in Samui over the
past year and all have been less than satisfactory, so it looks like we
will go back to staying in hotels there from now on. But staying here
is the polar opposite, so we will be in touch regarding next year once
we return home and start to develop our plans.

Well Jean we all arrived home safely after spending the best two weeks
of our life at your wonderful Baan Kata Keeree!!!. From the second we
arrived till the time we were forced to go, the holiday was exceptional.
Mr Ung, Ruk, Geak, Jit, Mr Poh, Pan and Mr Cum were just fantastic. They
indulged our every need and their gentleness and kindness will never be
matched. Mr Ung organised all our menus and Mr Poh created the most marvelous
food our taste buds have sampled. Even the kids who are generally fussy
eaters sampled everything and went back for more. The girls Ruk and Geak
were wonderful and always giggling and happy. They were great to be around.
The gardens and pool areas around the villa were magnificent thanks to
the hard work of Mr Cum and the rooms were kept clean and fresh thanks
to the hard work of Jit and Pan. What a team!!! Mr Ung was fantastic and
always available to take us shopping or to gather information for the
many excursions we took. The memories of our holiday will be with us forever
and I just can't say a big enough thank you for such a wonderful time.
We are already planning on our next holiday to Baan Kata Keeree and I
will be recommending it to my friends. What a shame that Ground Hog Day
didn't happen to us while we were there!! We truly found paradise!!!

We had an absolutely sensational time at Baan Kataa
keree. The house is stunning, so beautiful and elegant without the plastic
feeling of a resort.........
The cosy touch of paintings around the house done by your wife was really
fun.... the gracious Buddha overlooking the pool... the fabulous jacuzzi...
it all contributed to us having one of the best vacations ever. The staff
are so amazing and motivated and professional........ and they doted on
our every request... really a great bunch. Mr Jit was outstanding. Having
said that I have to say they were ALL so good to us. There was not one
moment that we felt we were imposing on them in any way. The food was
delicious and light and SO inexpensive. The one meal that we ate out at
Baan Rim Paa was such a disappointment. In fact, leaving the villa at
all felt like a mistake. Just wanted to say a BIG thank you to you and
your whole staff!!

A quick note to say a big thank you for the last
week. Your villa is DIVINE!!!! It will be very hard for us to buy property
in Phuket as we keep comparing them to your place and there is NO comparison!
I honestly have never enjoyed a holiday so much and I do not believe that
there exists a holiday destination that is so PERFECT for a young family.
It is extremely hard to find a beautiful place to stay that has facilities
for a 4 month old, a 2 year old and a 4 year old. Needless to say I would
be grateful if you could kindly let me know if you have two weeks available
in June next year (I know it is not the best time of year in Phuket but
it is a Sydney Winter and my parents love leaving the cold!)
PS. Prayon (??spelling) deserves a pay rise she is FABULOUS!

I have just today returned from a week in Europe
(unfortunately business), where I went almost straight after our week
in Phuket. I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for providing
such great facilities to our group. Everyone who came from far and wide
really enjoyed it, despite the April heat. The highlight would definitely
be the cooking skills of your chef, who after the first night realising
we were not first time tourists was very responsive to our collective
24 years experience in Thailand and increasing demands for more and more
chilli until he got it right! Given that one of our party is the author
of a Thai cookbook that has sold very well in the UK, he certainly exceeded
even her exacting standards!

The best food of our trip was cooked by the chef here at the villa. Even
the 'vodka jello shots' were prepared wonderfully. We are friends from
Taiwan, Germany, Ireland, Holland and USA. Our stay was of 5 days but
the memories are forever. We definitely plan to come back!

guests, and cannot imagine how that resort will in any way be more comfortable

the unique holiday that we experienced at your villa. We have stayed in
many great 5 star hotels worlwide but this week was better than any of
them ! Your villa is even better in reality than it looked on the internet
site & had everything anyone could ever hope for in amenities &
a fantastic location & view - it was a dream home away from home .
What no one knows from the site is your greatest asset - your team of
staff who are worth their weight in gold ! They were very helpful, always
friendly , work very hard & we could not believe the magnificence
of the food we got to eat - each meal was better thasn the one before
& I have never had food like it despite eating at what are considered
the best Thai restaurants around the world. Our only complaint is that
I did not book for 2 weeks instead of one of the 5 star hotels !!!

It's hard to believe it's three weeks since we returned from our lovely
holiday at Baan Kata Keeree - we had hoped the English winter would be
at an end when we returned - some hope! ............ we thought we would
also drop you a line to say how much we all enjoyed staying at your wonderful
villa. It is hard to do it justice in print or with photographs and I
think I can safely say without exception that our high expectations beforehand
were exceeded when we finally arrived. The staff were excellent and Khun
Ung, Ning and the others were most obliging and helpful. The location,
layout and design were simply stunning, and the quality of the decor,
fittings and furniture were all excellent. Although the master bedroom
was obviously the best, any one of the other bedrooms would have been
good enough to qualify as a master bedroom in a villa of lesser standing.

We have arrived safely back in England , having spent two weeks in your
fabulous villa, which exceeded by far our expectations .......... Your
staff must have been very carefully chosen , as they were faultless. Every
single member was ultra polite, helpful, and carried out all tasks willingly.
We could not have been better cared for in the best hotel in Thailand.
All the food was delicious, and beautifully presented. The bedrooms were
spotlessly cleaned , as was the pool area and `public ` rooms ............
We would certainly recommend your villa to all our friends , but should
we keep it as our secret so that we can use it again !!!!!!!!!!!! As I
am sure that once word spreads the property would become fully booked.
